Well, today was a great day.
The sun was shining, it was, what, like 29 degrees ?
Everyone was out in the sun. Not me !
Bothered ?
Not in the slightest.
Don't be fooled, I love the sun and being out in it, but today, inside something more special was happening and thats why I don't mind.
Today my new bed came. Nothing special i know!
But for part of the day me and my dad built it.
This may seem like nothing.
Me and my Dad DO NOT get on. Fullstop.
We grump at each other, we argue, we fall out, we ignore each other, we shout and scream at each other. The truth ? We are too similar.
Today we got on amazingly well, doing something a lot of people could fall out about. You hear of lots of couples who break up because they argue over the instructions on flat-pack furniture.
Short blog cause i'm tired after all that building ..... and I have a new bed to sleep on whoopa !

ReplyDeleteAs far as troubles with your dad, remember that he won't be here forever. Do I sound like an old lady now?? Anyway, it's true.
I also have a teenage daughter is is VERY much like me, we fight all the time. As long as there is respect then little spats don't hurt much.
